01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the thawed puff pastry into a 12 x 12-inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each square into a mini muffin cup to form a shell.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese inside each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce over the Brie in each cup.
06 - Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary atop each bite.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
