# Directions:

- Slice each mini bagel horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter, forming five interlocking circles resembling Olympic rings.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Portion the cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. Incorporate one topping into each: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring to achieve respective colors.
- Spread each colored cream cheese mixture onto two bagel halves, coordinating with the Olympic ring colors for each set.
- Place the decorated bagel halves on the platter, overlapping slightly to form the Olympic rings. Top each ring with a basil leaf and optionally sprinkle with edible gold dust or sesame seeds for visual effect.
- Present immediately or refrigerate until serving time to maintain freshness.
